Bugfix: Make it possible to edit texts in floating dockers on Android

Test Plan

  1. Check if editing text works on dockers, dialogs and popups.
  2. Check if shifting focus works, between windows of same levels and other non-modal windows.
  3. Check if focus is blocked for all but window manager if a modal window is active.
