Reduce indentation of brush preset names in Details view

This commit reduces the indentation of the brush preset names in the Details view of the Brush Presets docker/popup, to a quarter of the original size.

Test Plan

Select the Details view in the Brush Presets docker or the Brush Presets popup, observe new indentation.
