Fix minor issues with touch gestures

Test Plan

  1. Check if the console doesn't record: forwardHoverEvent encountered unknown event type: QEvent::TouchUpdate anymore.
  2. The default gestures for single finger tap should've been changed to show popup palette and three finger drag to pan canvas action.
  3. Popup palette should toggle between open/close and not always open when using a touch gesture
