Support compiling on RISC-V architecture and correct a wrong comment.

Test Plan

Just a very simple change, but if you guys want to test it, you can compile it on Arch Linux RISC-V rootfs in QEMU.

Formalities Checklist

  • I confirmed Krita ran and the relevant functions work.
