Different eraser smoothing.. 2

Bip Boop requested to merge bipboop/krita:eraserSmoothing into master

Add an option to enable having separate smoothing options for the brush and the eraser for the brush tool

Test Plan

Use the brush tool with any smoothing option. Check the "Eraser smoothing" checkbox and chose another smoothing option in the new space below.

Draw and erase, the smoothing option should change as you toggle the eraser

This patch does not cause regression https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451875, it was a do over and I did not know how to put the new code in the old merge request.
