Increase maximum pattern fill scale to 10000%

Increasing the maximum pattern fill scale enables the use of patterns in more contexts. Many of the pattern elements are only a few pixels wide, so this additional scale is necessary for many applications. The maximum value of the slider is retained at 500% with setSoftMaximum, but a custom value can now be entered up to 10000%.
