Recorder enhancements: Made capture interval fractional

Improved layout of export dialog

Added render time to final export screen

Added "Low Performance" indicator when recording timelapse. It appear when actual writing time is longer than expected.

Test Plan

  • It's possible to set capture interval to fractional number.
  • Minimum capture interval is set to 0.1
  • After timelapse export is finished bottom left corner must contain render time
  • First page of export dialog is more compact and doesn't change size depending on checkboxes.
