Slight changes to the Android build process

This MR adds some changes I made to accelerate the Android build; namely, I migrated all Make-isms to proper CMake calls and parameters.

Test Plan

Build the Android version of Krita. If you want to test the acceleration, use "-G Ninja" in all configuration steps.

  • I confirmed Krita ran and the relevant functions work.
  • I tested the relevant unit tests and can confirm they are not broken. (If not possible, don't hesitate to ask for help!)
