Rename 'layer subtitles' to 'layer blending info'

Freya Lupen requested to merge freyalupen/krita:freyalupen/layerblendinginfo into master

The original name was a bit unclear and confusing, I think the new name more clearly conveys the purpose of the setting/feature.

This changes the strings and the code to use the new name. Since it changes the config strings, any previous config settings won't be read anymore.

Check the name is changed and nothing broke.
