Tool visibility improvement

Bip Boop requested to merge bipboop/krita:tool_visibility_improvement into master

I changed the gradient and measure tool so that their outlines are now xor rendered, making them more visible on dark backgrounds.

Test Plan

  1. Create an image with a black half and a white half
  2. Use the gradient tool and the measure tool, their outline should be visible everywhere
