Remove logging

Removes a line of logging because using the blur filter would print out a bunch of contextless numbers. These numbers are available from the UI, get logged repeatedly, and don't appear to have much purpose.

Test Plan

1. Use the Blur filter, either from Filter>Blur>Blur..., a Filter Mask, or a Filter Brush.
2. Check that the diameters and strength aren't logged to krita.general.
