Android: Disable actions that create or detach a window

Creating a mainWindow on top of an existing one has always been buggy. And it is quite easy to enable one of these workspaces/menus, so disable them and show a warning instead.

Test Plan

Check if there isn't a way to detach canvas or create a new window. I've looked at the references for the action and disabled thos, if there is still a way to create a new window, please do tell me.
