Add ability to remove single Recent Document

Adds a context menu to the Recent Documents list on the Welcome Page for forgetting documents individually, similar to forgetting brushes in the Brush Preset History docker.

Test Plan

  1. Right-click a document in the Recent Documents list and 'forget' it.
  2. Check that it is removed from the list.
  3. Do something to update the kritarc (open a document), and check that it has been removed from there as well.
