KisOpenGL: remove unused code

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/opengl-cleanup into master

@dkazakov, more unused and duplicate bits were removed. This one was a very old leftover from the VFX CY2021 upgrade that I had not had the time to submit.

Test Plan

Build Krita and check that OpenGL still works correctly.
