Bugfix for the Brush Editor scratchpad being too small on startup

What is broken

  1. Open the Brush Editor and ensure the Scratchpad is hidden.
  2. Close and restart Krita.
  3. Open the Brush Editor and click the Scratchpad arrow button to make it visible. The Scratchpad will appear too small.

The fix

  1. Open the Brush Editor and ensure the Scratchpad is hidden.
  2. Close and restart Krita.
  3. Open the Brush Editor and click the Scratchpad arrow button to make it visible. The Scratchpad will have it's normal size as configured by KisPaintOpPresetsEditor::scratchPadPanelInitWidth.
