KisApplication: add entries for plugin and resource loading

Hi all,

This MR proposes adding two new splash messages to add some detail to the loading process. The actual heavy work is done in KisPart::createMainWindow, but there are two extra bits that could be extracted from that context, loading plugins and resources.

I'm not sure if these were removed some versions ago, so feel free to close the MR if the detail is deemed excessive.
