Bundle Manager: finish applying the Resource Manager UX

@tymond: This MR is meant to finish applying the thumbnail/details pattern we'd designed in !1732 (merged) to the Bundle Manager.

I'm not too sure about the header/body separation, perhaps that's something to review tomorrow at the meeting? If so, this should be made consistent across the Bundle and Resource Manager and the DB explorer.

Test Plan

Build Krita and open the Bundle Manager.

Reminder: the reviewer is responsible for merging the patch, this is to ensure at the least two people can build the patch. In case a patch breaks the build, both the author and the reviewer should be contacted to fix the build. If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
