Added more shortcut actions for touch gestures

Added several additional options in KisTouchGestureActions to add more gesture and multi-touch functionality to the Touch Gestures section of Canvas Input Settings.

Test Plan

These changes can be tested by going to the Settings menu, Canvas Input Settings and adding/changing the Touch Gestures actions type, Input, and Action sections, the use the said shortcuts where needed in a project.

Formalities Checklist

Reminder: the reviewer is responsible for merging the patch, this is to ensure at the least two people can build the patch. In case a patch breaks the build, both the author and the reviewer should be contacted to fix the build. If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
