Draft: Update the welcome page
- Add a default donation banner
- show the recent files in an iconview with larger thumbnails.
- delete the drop here hint box was deleted: most websites don't allow drag and drop this way, so it was confusing for most people.
- split the main toolbar up in main and edit, and hide the edit toolbar as well as the brushes and stuff toolbar, but keep showing the main toolbar with the new and open icons
Todo:
- make the banner optionally configurable from an xml file and png file on download.kde.org
* hide the banner when Krita comes from a store - create appropriate banners (probably without kiki, otherwise we're going to be hated)
- allow ctrl-scroll to resize the recent files listview
