Hide unimplemented Blending Options page from layer styles dialog

R. B. requested to merge tomtomtom/krita:tomtomtom/layerstylesdefault into master

At the moment, opening the layer styles dialog defaults to the unimplemented Blending Options page, which is a bit strange to show to the average user, and wastes a click in every case.

This MR hides the Blending Options item, and makes the dialog default to the Styles page instead.

Test Plan

Make sure that the dialog defaults to Styles and that nothing is unintentionally hidden.
