Respect statusbar visibility after welcome page
The statusbar was made visible before saving the window state, despite its visibility being configurable. Opening a document after the welcome screen restores from this state, which led to the statusbar being visible when it shouldn't have been.
Test Plan
Open a document, disable View->Show Status Bar. Close Krita while a document is open. Restart Krita and open a document. The status bar should still not be visible.
