Change the position of reset rotation button

This PR shifts the position of the reset rotation button to a location near the zoom operation. Since zooming and rotation can be grouped together as canvas view operations it makes sense to keep this button near the zoom operation slider.

I would like to ask if the zoom percentage input box can always be an input box, currently it disappears after you input a value thus leaving a blank space between buttons.

Test Plan

Build this branch and open krita and create a new document, you will see the reset rotation button between the memory indicator and the zoom percentage slider.
