Fix patches for webp cmake build config

Remove the patches 0009-glut.patch and 0010-WebPConfig-add-dependency-lookup-for-Threads.patch -> The changes are already included in libwebp-1.3.2.tar.gz

Update patch 0008-sdl.patch, that the second hunk could be applied
