don't make any desktop file executable

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/krita:desktop-executable into master

Based on !611 (merged). *.desktop files should not be executable. I also replaced the XDG_APPS_INSTALL_DIR variable with KDE_INSTALL_APPDIR since that was also done by the earlier pull request.
