Fix color sample tool showing wrong color when HDR is enabled

As shown in the above image, when artists modified the preferred output format to Rec. 709 Linear, the color sample tool displayed incorrect color. Here's a link to the report from KA.

I'm not so sure I'm fixing it the right way...
