Prevent Scripter staying open on mainwindow close

Freya Lupen requested to merge freyalupen/krita:freyalupen/close-scripter into master

Krita wouldn't quit until the Scripter was also closed, scripters found this annoying. This is fixed by unsetting the WA_QuitOnClose flag.

Test Plan

Open Scripter, close Krita main window, see that Scripter also closes.
