Fix Touch Docker save button not working on new files(bug 407905)

Egor Efimov requested to merge (removed):bug_touchDocker_save_button into master

This change shows Save As dialog when KisDocument save path is empty.

Test Plan

  1. Open Krita.
  2. Create new file.
  3. Make some changes.
  4. Open Touch Docker and press save button.
