Hide SubWindow decoration if only one image is open

WIP this works, but need input to know if the emissing "x" button is a problem. If so, an "X" image needs to be made for the "Close" option of the tool bar buttons. right now it onlw shows the word "close"

This change only affects subwindow mode

It helps recover some screen space on small laptop screens and helps for a cleaner interface.
