Qt patches for Android

Sharaf Zaman requested to merge szaman/krita:sh-zam/qt-patches into master

Testing Strategy:

  1. For 44d13828: Krita should launch successfully on Samsung Tablet.

  2. For e64de834: When Krita Android launches, New File and click on any item with stylus, it should be clickable and point to the expected position.
