WIP: Guided selection by Reptorian

I have written the code to insert the tool option to the GUI, but I have not finished on the selection generation part of the code as I am stuck on this.

Test Plan

As I'm new to this part of Krita, I don't know what the test plan should be.

Formalities Checklist
