Add a warning label in add file layer dialog "Warning: Krita uses a relative path to store the location of the file in the .kra. If you move the .kra but not the file, the file layer may be broken." see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=413594

Test Plan

Add a file layer to your document. The warning appear in the dialog.
