update default name to show type

Scott Petrovic requested to merge (removed):petrovic/layer-default-naming into master

This is just a small request from krita artist to show the layer type when creating new layers. We have icons, but they can be a bit small, so I think this is a good idea.

Test Plan

The default layer when a new document is created says "Paint" now. I also capitalized "Background" to be more consistent. Any new layers have the layer type in the name such as paint, vector, and group.
