Coverity scan issues fixes

I fixed a few coverity issues. I guess it would be nice if someone went through those changes and told me which of those should be for example ignored instead.

For example I plan on creating a list of fixes in libkis that a beginner coder could do, adding asserts to pointers, so my list of commits include some of those for libkis.

Test Plan

Every commit is a different issue.
