Linux/appdata: add content_rating

Unfortunately, in commit https://invent.kde.org/kde/krita/commit/3a2f7bcb08435f7c93ac411b70cc7c48eedc2919 the content_rating tag was completely removed. There needs to be one (even empty) to pass the checks (appstream-util validate) on Flathub.
