Fix drand48 instead of KisRandomSource in deform brush

I fixed: CID 248410 CID 248694 CID 248904 according to what Dmitry told me, to use KisRandomSource instead of drand in case of paintops.

Test Plan

Open Krita, try to use Deform brush. Seems to work...
