Coverity scan issues fixes - the more uncertain changes

I fixed some Coverity issues.

I put this MR into a WIP state because I wanted to create a MR just to make sure to not forget about those commits. It's not ready because I want to add more commits, maybe to have 10 in total, to not make a MR for every single small commit.

Test Plan

I'm not sure what test plan I should have.
