Fix OS detection for core count determination

Samuel Gaist requested to merge sgaist/krita:fix_core_count_detection_macos into master

The current test fails at least on macOS 10.15 using the bash interpreter. Refactoring the if condition allows the test to properly pass.

Test Plan

Build on macOS machine and check that all cores are in use.
