Android: Activate Kinetic scrolling by default

Using QScroller::TouchGesture as default gesture doesn't work as you'd expect for some reason. But QScroller::LeftMouseButtonGesture seems to work well with both stylus and touch.

Test Plan

Kinetic Scrolling should work on dockers and widgets supporting it.

  • Both stylus and touch should work.
  • Widgets in which it previously didn't work, it should work with them as well
    • Brush Presets (toolbar)
    • Gradients (toolbar)
    • Patterns (toolbar)
