Change screentone generator and halftone filter property defaults

This MR changes the screentone generator default rotation and contrast by popular demand (to 45 degrees and 95% respectively). Also, since the halftone filter uses the screentone generator by default, it changes the generator default contrast back to 50% for better results, because the sharpness of the halftone pattern is already controlled by the halftone filter and is set to 80%. Keeping the screentone contrast default as 95% would add up with the sharpness parameter of the filter and the result (the default result) would be uglier.
