Rebrand SeExpr

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/rebrand-seexpr into master

This MR updates the SeExpr library references to KSeExpr, and enables it in Android builds.

Test Plan

Merge !539 (closed) and this MR together, then build Krita and test it in an Android device.
