Apply colour opacity for text in editor

Lucid Sunlight requested to merge awakening/krita:text-opacity into master

Alpha was previously ignored during conversions, now it's stored in fill property if present.

If fill-opacity is specified, alpha is merged into fill property.

Also remove a stale leftover comment.

Depends on changes introduced in !570 (merged).

BUG:342302

Test Plan

  • Create a text object
  • Open text editor
  • Open colour picker and change the alpha or change fill property or add fill-opacity in SVG source
  • Have the text change opacity
