Add touch events to tablet debugger

Sharaf Zaman requested to merge szaman/krita:touchevents-debugger into krita/4.3

Test Plan

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+t, tablet debugger should log touch events.
  2. Verify there are no MouseEvents in log, when touch painting is enabled.
