Gradient Map Filter improvements 2 (4.3)

This MR is a follow-up to !561 (merged)

It implements the following:

  • More refactoring
  • Changes the filter config widget to use the new generic gradient editor
  • Changes the filter to use also segment gradients and not only stop gradients
