Fix retrieval of a resource from KisMemoryStorage

THis fixes a problem where the memory storage backend would always select the resource that was added last. The problem was that the url was used for the lookup instead of just the filename part of it.

Test Plan

  • Select the "Transparent to Background" gradient
  • Draw a gradient

It should use the correct gradient instead of Forground to Background before
