Fix Android-specific workarounds in Welcome page

This MR updates the Android-specific workarounds for the Welcome page against the changes made by !563 (merged).

CI was broken since Nov 15 (the last working build).

Test Plan

Compile Krita for Android. Check that it correctly renders the Welcome page.
