Tweak separators in brush tool options and transform tool context menu

  • This Merge request changes the line separator from plain to sunken which gives us more soft separator for brush tool options matching other UI elements.

  • Additionally We also remove an extra separator which was there under the transform tool context menu. We don't have extra separators in snap context menu this makes it consistent.
