Add missing libraries for touchdocker

Sharaf Zaman requested to merge szaman/krita:andorid-touchdocker into master

HEAD^ commit was wrong that it assumed files with schemas other than file:// to be local files as well. In this case qrc:/ was treated as one.

Test Plan

Enable Touch Docker from Settings > Dockers.
