TenScripts: Replace popup dialogs with floating messages

This replaces the popup dialogs with floating messages in order to not be too obstructive to the user when they execute scripts using this plugin.

Test Plan

Enable TenScripts, configure a script and a faulty script to the shortcuts, and observe all three cases (successful execution, exception thrown, and script not assigned to shortcut).
