KisResourceQueryMapper: cache the thumbnails

Test Plan

  1. Detach the Brush Presets/Patterns Docker
  2. Try resizing it (within Krita, if window manager is used then this won't be visible)

There should be lots of sluggishness, during resizing or scrolling (when there are large number of thumbnails). This is especially evident on low powered devices.
