New Menu Entry Export to Resize

This MR creates a

  • New Menu entry Export Advance (similar to Export) which will have an additional Tabs Resize along with Format Options to Scale down the image while exporting .

  • It reuses the Scale image from plugins and moves the imagesize from plugins to libs/ui to be reused

Test Plan

Export with export Advance to see the additional tab and resize and crop it in the options. And Verify the saved document with size.
